Volunteer Registration
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for coach, manager, or board volunteer participation.
For Coaches
Coaching requirements that are needed in addition to the above. These are required to be on the teams official USA Hockey roster and will update automatically in the USA Hockey system once completed:
- USA Hockey Coaching Education Program (CEP) (completed every season, due by December 31st of each season. Classes fill up quickly and they will not allow extensions.)
- USA Hockey Age Specific Modules (completed for each new level you coach at, due by December 31st of each season)
- Concussion Training (CATT) (not required by USA Hockey, but is highly encouraged!)
If this is your first time coaching with PPCH you will also need to complete a Coaching Application and submit it to ppcatamounts@gmail.com
