Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Catamounts Hockey

Effective: 2024-2025 Season -No refunds will be made once a player takes the ice for the first time. -In some cases where a family may need to cease playing, either voluntary or involuntary, the PPCH Board may consider issuing a partial refund. A written request should be made to a member of the board in these cases. The organization has to register for tournaments and ice time well in advance, therefore 100% of tournament fees and 20% of registration fees are non-refundable. -All families are encouraged to sign up for the insurance offered through USA Hockey to minimize their financial risk due to injury or other covered situations. -Refunded amounts will never exceed amounts paid and recipient of the refund will pay processing costs.

Prowl at the Peak Jamboree

The cost of the jamboree is $675 for all intermediate and $625 for all beginner teams. Fees are per team, not each organization. Payment is due at time of registration payable via ACH, Debit or Credit Card. All entry fees will be deposited when received by the jamboree coordinator. If your team is not accepted a full refund will be issued in the same manner in which it was paid to your team. *Please note that there is a 1.99% + $.99 transaction fee at checkout when paying by ACH (check) or a 3.99% + $.99 transaction fee when paying by credit card.
